Job Description

The Director of Retail Banking will be responsible for the direct management of the branch network and the marketing of financial products delivered via the branch network. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, training and coaching managers in loan and deposit products, branch operations, sale of retail products, and ensuring the branch network is in compliance with regulations. Education, training, experience:

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, advanced degree is preferred
-Five or more years of retail branch management

- Ability to coach and develop branch managers
